What it costs

What I bill for are consultancy fees : hours of advice, audit, teaching and follow-up. Three monthly packages, depending on who you are. Every package is set after an assessment that follows a first conversation — this page says what it covers, not what it costs, because a figure written down before I had listened to you would be a number pulled out of the air.

Three packages for continuous follow-up

A driver, a training body, an organisation that puts its teams on the road: three settings, three rhythms, three packages. All monthly, none tied to a minimum term.

The packagePer monthWhat it includes
Safety coaching for individualsOn assessmentTeaching follow-up and remote follow-up once the licence is passed. The in-vehicle risk prevention kit is yours to use for as long as the support runs, at no extra cost.
Supervision for professionals
driving school, freelance instructor
On assessmentContinuous audit of how you operate: regulatory and data protection compliance, registers, how the timetable is organised, review of teaching follow-up. The supervision screen is yours to use for as long as the work runs, at no extra cost.
Work-related road risk preventionOn assessmentFleet audit, upkeep of the single risk assessment document (DUER) and the accident dashboard. The analysis kit is deployed for the duration of the advisory work, at no extra cost.

Access to all of my working tools is strictly included, and comes only with a support engagement.

Monthly fees, payable on receipt of invoice. The amount shown on the invoice is the amount you pay: no tax is added on top. I fall under the small-business exemption, and my invoices carry the wording “VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French general tax code”. The day that exemption stopped applying, VAT would show up on the invoices — and this page would say so beforehand, not afterwards.

Why “on assessment”, and not a price on display

Because support is not an item on a shelf. The amount comes down to what I am actually going to do: how often we meet or review, how much there is to audit, the number of sites, the distance. You get a firm figure, not a range, within 24 working hours of our first conversation. The assessment is free and commits you to nothing.

What sets the amount

  • +The package chosen: it is the row in the table above.
  • +How often we follow up: the number of sessions, reviews or written reports a month.
  • +The scope: the size of the organisation, the number of sites, the size of the fleet.
  • +Travel, when the work is carried out on your premises.

What never changes it

  • −The number of learners.
  • −The number of instructors and accounts.
  • −The number of offices attached to the organisation.
  • −My working tools: they are made available, never billed separately.
  • −Getting started: there is no set-up fee.

Three learners, ten, thirty: the same package

This is the question that comes straight after the price, so here is the answer. The supervision package does not move with the size of the school: the number of learners and instructors plays no part in the calculation, and the day you take on one more instructor, my fees do not move either. What would move them is a heavier review rhythm — and that is decided with you, never on my own.

When you pay, and how you stop

Monthly, with no minimum term

  • +The fees are monthly and roll on for as long as the support lasts.
  • +They are payable on receipt of invoice.
  • +Nothing is asked for before the first conversation and the assessment.

You stop whenever you want

  • −No minimum term, no renewal that ties you in.
  • −You can ask to stop at any moment, free of charge and with no notice, taking effect at the end of the current month.
  • −Your data leaves with you: the full export is in your hands, at any time. Exactly what comes out is written on if it stops.

What this page does not put a figure on

Our one-off sessions — an awareness session in a company, support for an association or a local authority, a motorcycle course, a day on cornering lines, a one-to-one session — do not belong to a monthly package, and it would be dishonest to display a single price for them. They are costed case by case, and here is exactly what that rests on.

What sets the priceWhat we ask you
How long it runsHalf a day, a day, several days.
How many people take partA one-to-one session and a group of twelve call for neither the same time nor the same equipment.
Where it happensOn your premises, at a site you choose, or on a prepared route — travel is part of it.

You get a firm figure, not a range, within 24 working hours. The assessment is free and commits you to nothing. Depending on your situation, funding is sometimes available: that is explained on funding.

The contractual framework

The support is governed by a written contract, handed over before the first invoice. The general terms and the terms of use can be read online.

The documents

What they set out

  • +What the work covers and how often we follow up.
  • +The fees agreed after the assessment, and when they fall due.
  • +The conditions for stopping and for handing your data back.
