Every format on offer
What I offer
Three formats,
one standard of supervision
Getting back on the bike, a technical day, a road trip — depending on your profile, your goal and the time you want to give it. All my courses run one-to-one or in a small group (5 at most), never more.
Getting back on the bike
A one-to-one session to find the feel, the reflexes and the confidence again. The programme is set on what you actually need — low-speed handling, balance, emergency braking, riding in town.
- Strictly one-to-one session
- Two to three hours, depending on what you need
- On your own bike, on a route that suits
- A clear-eyed assessment of where you are now
Cornering day
A whole day given over to the fundamentals of cornering: where you look, entry speed, position, braking. Briefing in the morning, putting it into practice in the afternoon, debrief with feedback for each rider. You leave with habits that stick.
- Small group (3 to 5 riders) or one-to-one
- Full day (about 6 h of riding)
- On the open road, on chosen routes
- Lunch included in the group format
Guided road trip
Two to seven days on chosen roads, in a small group. Route prepared, accommodation arranged, briefing in the morning, debrief in the evening. You enjoy it, I handle the logistics — and we work on technique as the miles go by.
- Small group (3 to 5)
- Two to seven days — depending on the destination
- Route and accommodation arranged
- Briefing and debrief every day
Getting back on the bike
After a break, progress in four stages
A few months off the bike is enough to blunt the habits: balance at low speed, clutch control, emergency braking, reading the line through a bend. The session, strictly one-to-one, is built on your situation — how long the break was, what kind of bike, what you are after — and moves in stages, checking each thing is there before going on to the next.
- 1. Getting the feel back — finding the contact with the machine again: pulling away, balance and handling at low speed, U-turns, on a quiet area.
- 2. Braking & safety — relearning progressive and emergency braking, swerving and the right protective reflexes.
- 3. Cornering lines — position, where you look and entry speed in a bend: the fundamentals of riding on the open road.
- 4. Traffic — back into real conditions in the traffic of Val d'Europe / Marne-la-Vallée, so you leave fully on your own feet.

My approach
Support built around you
Whether you are getting back on the bike after a long break, have just passed your two-wheel test or want to sharpen your riding, I build motorcycle support that fits your pace and your goals.
Teaching built for one
No groups: every session is designed for you, at your pace, around one clear goal set together.
Flexible hours
Slots on weekdays and at the weekend, evenings possible. I work around your professional and personal constraints.
Safety before anything
Anticipation, defensive riding, handling awkward situations: safety is built into every session.
Who I work with
A course for every rider
New holders of an A1/A2/A licence
You have just passed your two-wheel test: we consolidate what you learned — where to look, cornering lines, emergency braking — so you ride safely from the first miles.
Getting back on the bike
You hold a motorcycle licence but have not been out for a long time — a gradual, patient return to the saddle to find your habits and your confidence again.
Sharpening up & cornering lines
Where to look, taking a bend, braking, riding in poor conditions — for experienced riders who want to progress after the test.
Preparing a road trip
Before setting off on something big: route, managing your energy, riding in a group and over long distances, in a small group.
FAQ for individuals
Frequently asked questions
What is your hourly rate?
There is no hourly rate on display, because on its own it would mean nothing: the price depends on the length chosen (a single hour, a sharpening-up package, full support), on the number of riders and on the place. Describe your plan to me: you get a firm figure within 24 working hours.
Do I have to hold a motorcycle licence already?
Yes. What I offer is for holders of a two-wheel licence (A1, A2 or A): it covers sharpening up, getting back on the bike and preparing a road trip — not initial training for the test.
Do you prepare people for the motorcycle test?
No: initial training and putting candidates forward for the test belong to an approved driving school. I step in once the licence is held — getting back on the bike, sharpening up, cornering lines and preparing your rides.
Do you run evening or weekend sessions?
Yes — that is exactly one of the advantages of an independent trainer: flexible hours. Weekday, evening and weekend slots are possible, subject to availability.
Can the CPF pay for these courses?
No: the motorcycle courses set out here are about sharpening up and leisure, so they fall outside the scope of the CPF, the French personal training account. The cost stays with the individual.
