What it costs to come, and to leave

The first question anybody asks is not the price: it is “and what about my data?”. Here is the answer, both ways round.

Coming in

You drop in the export from the tool you use today. The supervision interface works out on its own what each file holds — learners, contracts, payments — and updates overnight.

You never type anything twice. During the weeks you keep your old tool alongside, you carry on working in it; the drop can be replayed as many times as you need. A record already there is updated, not duplicated: dropping the same file again breaks nothing.

What it costs you: the time to pull an export out of your current tool. Nothing else, and nothing added to my fee.

Leaving

At any moment you get all of your data back in open formats, readable without us: the full detail as JSON, and the documents as PDF. No permission to ask, no waiting, no charge.

An engagement that makes leaving hard does not deserve the trust it was given on the way in. I would rather you stayed because it suits you.

What is not done for you

I do not fetch your data from your current provider: asking for your export is yours to do, and it is your right. If your tool cannot produce one, write to me — that is exactly the kind of wall we look at together.

Starting from your real data

The first audit begins there. Let us talk about what you have, and what can be drawn out of it.
