Why that screen
Because it is the one figure a business owner keeps in mind, and almost nobody has worked it out: the number of hours below which you are losing money. Not the turnover, not the margin — the threshold.
In my follow-up both ingredients are already there: your costs on one side, the margin per hour on the other. Nobody had ever divided one by the other. Here you type them in by hand; in the engagement they update by themselves.
What the demonstration does not show
One screen out of two hundred and sixty. The schedule, the contracts, the payroll, the registers and the tests do not fit on a page — and a demonstration claiming to show everything would show nothing. The real screens, as dated captures, are on see the supervision in pictures.
