Where my method comes from
A method designed by someone
who does the job
My method is not a generic management grid that somebody adapted to driving. It came out of the field: that of a driving instructor who could find nothing that really spoke the language of the trade. So I designed my own working tools myself, from the car, the front desk and the test — not from an abstract specification.
