How long does
the establishment's approval last?
Six years. That is short when you have not written it down, and it is the one deadline whose oversight stops the business.
Six years
The operating approval of a driving and road-safety training establishment is granted for six years.
It is the deadline with the heaviest consequences of them all: without a valid approval, the establishment can no longer operate. It deserves to be written down well before the term - renewal is not instant.
What must also be reported
Any change to the elements of the approval must be brought to the prefect's attention: address, manager, categories taught, premises.
What App does with it
The approval is watched earlier than the rest: six months ahead, where the other deadlines are flagged at three. A renewal is not obtained in three weeks.
And above all, the date shown is never presented on its own. An expiry date reads naturally as a filing deadline, and it is not one : the notice period for filing the application is set out beside it, because past that point the approval lapses even with a complete file.
