The questions people really ask

Not the comfortable ones: the ones you type late in the evening, before you sign. The answers can be checked, and those that touch on the law point to the text itself.

How long must I keep a learner's file?

Retention periods are not something you guess: they depend on the nature of the data and on the obligation behind it. App keeps a register of its processing activities with, for each one, its retention period and its legal basis - readable from your own account, not merely asserted on a page.

Can my data leave with me if I change my mind?

Yes, at any time and at no cost: an archive with one file per dataset, a spreadsheet, or the full detail in JSON, which keeps the links between learner, contract, payments and lessons. A learner's file comes out as a single PDF. No permission to ask for. A supplier who makes leaving difficult does not deserve the trust you place in them on the way in. What happens if the internet goes down during a lesson?

Pages already open stay readable, but a lesson entered during the outage is not kept : write it down and enter it once you are back. Full offline working is planned; until it exists, we do not promise it.

Do I pay more if I have more learners?

No. The number of learners and instructors is unlimited, and never billed. The only item that varies is storage: 5 GB are included, then €1 a month for each 10 GB block, counted automatically. The price, line by line →

And if you stop tomorrow?

Your data is yours and comes out in open formats, readable without us. That is the only honest answer: no promise of longevity is worth as much as an export you already hold.

Is my data backed up?

A full backup is taken every night, and its restore is proven - that is, actually replayed, not merely scheduled. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup, it is a file you are hoping something from.

A question that is not here?

Write it to us. If it comes back, it will end up on this page - or it will become a feature. Regulatory questions put to support are gathered on a page of their own.
